A vacation to Orlando, Florida would not be complete without a trip to the famed Disney World Adventures Theme Park.  Many people stay several miles away from the theme park and then drive there early in the morning.  Vacationers can pick up rental cars at Orlando Airport for their convenience so they are not running all over town trying to find a rental car.

If you haven’t been to Halloween Horror Nights in Orlando, Florida, or Hollywood, California, you are really missing out.  It is held at Universal Studios in it’s 18^th year, and the 2008 HHN has been described as being the best of all.  One thing to mention is that unless you get the Express Pass, it almost isn’t worth going.  There are 8 haunted houses, and without the pass, there is almost no way you will make it through the lines in time to get to all haunted houses.  I have seen lines up to 2 hours each without the pass.  With the pass, lines are around 15 minutes each, and you can easily hit every haunted house at least once. 

Tickets are expensive though around $70.00 without the Express Pass which is $40.00 to $70.00 extra.  Most people either buy a specially marked Coke Zero, or go to Burger King and buy a drink with a pass code on it.  I went to Burger King and bought a drink and saved OVER $30.00 PER TICKET which is a great Florida internet marketing idea.  The drink said the code was only good for 4 tickets, but I used it several times and it still worked.   The code that I used was:  BKHHN18    I’m glad that I went by Burger King and picked up my specially marked drink.  It ended up saving me over $120.00 total.

Gas prices are through the roof and if you live far away from Florida it is not feasible to drive to the state. Even though the price of an airline ticket is still high, it will not only save you time, money, and the environment to fly to Florida instead of drive. So, the main question is how do you get around once you arrive in a Florida destination like Ft. Lauderdale or Orlando. The answer is to rent a car. A Fort Lauderdale car rental will still be cheaper that bringing your own. Fort Lauderdale rental cars can even upgrade your rental car to a vehicle that is better than the one that you would have driven.Even if you want to visit Disney, you can still get an Orlando car rental to get between parks and to move about the city. If you purchase very affordable insurance, you don’t have to worry about getting a ding or other damage on the car as you are having the vacation of a lifetime. Public transportation around Ft. Lauderdale and Orlando is confusing and time consuming. You want to spend your vacation having fun, not catching shuttles and buses. Having your own rental car gives you the freedom to get out and go where you want to go, when you want to go. So leave the family Vista Cruiser home and fly to Florida and rent a car to have more vacation time and worry less about gas prices and a long road trip.

My friend has been telling me about his scuba diving holiday. He went to Cozumel and said that the area was fantastic for diving and there were fantastic things to see. One thing that he could not stop talking about, were all of the different sites on the island. He said that he had to use Cozumel car rental to hire a vehicle so that he could more easily get around the place – especially with all of his diving gear. He took his girlfriend with him and they went for a week. He showed me his pictures and not only were the underwater picture spectacular but the beaches looked lovely too. They had sun set pictures and sun rise pictures as well as seascapes – a fantastic set of pictures. They even had some funny pictures including them standing outside the Cozumel Car Rentals office that they got their car from! He has a great sense of humor. It seems like he did have a great holiday and he recommended that I go there as well and enjoy relaxing on the lovely beaches and he said that there are loads of places to drive to and visit so said that I should consider looking into rental cars in Cozumel before I go.

All children love the idea of going to Disneyland or Disneyworld. The idea of meeting their favorite Disney characters is so exciting for them and being able to stay in a place where all of the characters are is great fun. The parades, firework displays and fun rides are all great bonuses and mean that you will never have a child that is bored while you are there, in fact you will probably find it hard deciding what to do as there is so much going on all of the time. You may find that you have so little free time that you do not even get a chance to send some Disneyland postcards back home to those you have left behind. Make sure that you plan ahead to make sure that you fit everything in that you want to do in the time that you have. Talk together as a family before you go, plan everything and leave some time free to fit in things that you decide to do once you get there.
