Drinking wheatgrass in Tampa

I have not really had very many smoothies. I wasn’t sure whether they were that good as I assumed that they were high calorie and full of sugar. Of course this is untrue and I found out that if you have a pure fruit smoothie there is no added sugar and they can be extremely healthy. You can have one with natural yoghurt which does increase the calories but is also still healthy and taste creamier. These are both delicious and have no added sugar. I am now completely hooked on these delicious and healthy drinks. They are a fantastic way to get a sweet tasting energy boost without having a calorie laden soda drink which always seem to fill me with gas. I have recently discovered Tampa wheatgrass. Wheatgrass is an extremely healthy product which is juiced in order to extract all of the goodness in a digestible format. You can drink a shot of it or you can add it to your favorite drink to make it more palatable. There is a smoothie shop in Tampa which has loads of wheat grass growing so they can just cut some, juice it and serve it to you. It is well worth a try to see whether you feel more energized for it.
